By assembling the appropriate talent and key stakeholders, the Center will identify solutions
and enable collaboration and teaming among business, government and academia in order to effectively
channel resources toward a well-identified problem. In the process, the Center intends to
create a rich opportunity environment that fosters entrepreneurial vigor, and engenders a
positive business climate for the Region.
